On October 21, 2025, Tehwa Holdings Co., Ltd. was honored with the Grand Prize in the Social ESG category at the “2025 K-ESG Management Awards” in recognition of its continuous social contribution activities and dedication to local communities.Representative examples of the company’s efforts include donations of KRW 300 million each to Seoul National University Hospital and Asan Medical Center to support medical services and hospital development. In addition, the company has actively practiced ESG management through various sharing initiatives, such as a KRW 100 million scholarship donation for talent development in the Incheon region, donations and volunteer activities for local communities in Gangwon Province, and support for flood recovery efforts and youth scholarship programs in Chungcheongnam-do.Moving forward, Tehwa Holdings will continue to grow together with local communities through ongoing sharing and social contribution activities, while providing warm support to neighbors in need.

Nayeon Kang-Chenot (CEO/Chairperson of Tehwa Holdings Co., Ltd.) received a plaque of appreciation from Asan Medical Center.Tehwa Holdings Group, a group specializing in energy and steel trading and investment, announced that, On November 29th, Chairperson Kang received a plaque of appreciation for her contribution at the donation ceremony held at Asan Medical Center.Chairperson Kang donated KRW 300 million (USD 210,000) to Asan Medical Center. This includes KRW 200 million (USD 140,000) for supporting disadvantaged patients and KRW 100 million (USD 70,000) for hospital development.Kang completed her master's degree at Regent Business School and founded Tehwa Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2013.Chairperson Kang is on the board of directors of the Federation of Middle Market Enterprises of Korea (FOMEK).

On October 16th, As a board company, Nayeon Kang-Chenot (CEO of Tehwa Holdings Co., Ltd.) attended the ‘188th Federation of Middle Market Enterprises of Korea (FOMEK) CEO luncheon series’ hosted by Cho Tae-yul, the 41st Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea. Before the luncheon series, FOMEK and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed a ‘business agreement to support the overseas expansion of mid-sized companies,’ reassuring the significance of close cooperation between the government and FOMEK. Through the agreement, both parties agreed to effectively support the overseas expansion of mid-sized companies by establishing a communication channel dedicated to sharing information on the global status of the companies’ overseas expansion and local information, reinforcing the ties between mid-sized companies and diplomatic offices.
